I had the privilege to oversee the props team in Ubisoft Philippines to improve all the environment props across multiple maps in AC3 Remastered. This includes pre-production planning, timeline management, quality gatekeeping, improving older models with construction, re-modelling props, believability, proper texture and UV assignments, breakages, and some additional set dressing.
Here in Abstergo Industries, my responsibilities include prioritizing assets by importance in player path, dialogue scenes, cinematics, and fight spaces to ensure quality in these areas. Then I was able to gatekeep the quality with the teams assets for construction and believability, re-UVs, and vertex color to add flavor to player path.
